We begin our process by taking a truly client-specific approach, defining worker descriptions and requirements that meet your specific needs. We then scour our existing database of experienced employees for candidates with the skills and abilities to benefit your company. We even screen calls and resumes received from employment ads we place when necessary.
After conducting initial interviews and verifying references, we conduct second interviews with appropriate candidates after reviewing project-relevant work history and relevant qualifications and certifications. When our list of final candidates is complete, we make job offers, releasing project information as desired by our client. We then conduct a series of checks:
- Client-specific background checks
- Criminal background checks
- DOT background checks
- Execute additional client-specific requirements
