Get Up and Running With Temporary and Project Staffing Services
Strom Engineering provides staffing services for our clients nationwide on a project, seasonal, or long-term basis.
Strom’s temporary personnel and workforces are solutions for companies faced with workforce attrition demanding manufacturing cycles, unreliable local labor pools, a deficiency in seasonal labor, or an inability to operate their facility at full potential. By having a nationwide database of personnel ready to work across the country, Strom provides companies with the flexibility to accomplish their manufacturing goals while minimizing unnecessary spending on idling workers and equipment.
With Strom’s temporary staffing services, we provide you with the skilled workers to prepare your business for anything, at any time. To learn more, view our unique process, industry-relevant case studies, or get in touch with us below.

The Strom Process
To get things started, our team will get in touch with you to learn about your unique situation. We want to find out what you need to get done and how long you expect to need staff. During this step in the process, we will ask the right questions to get to the core of why you are coming to us for your temporary staffing needs.
If you are ready to get started, contact our team.
Once we understand your needs, we begin to recruit your temporary workforce. Our nationwide database of workers offers experienced, proven employees that are ready to join your team as soon as possible. We understand that you can’t afford any downtime, so we aim to provide as seamless of an experience as possible.
Once your temporary workforce has been recruited, we deploy it to the job site and begin the onboarding process. Because Strom Engineering only employs workers with recent experience, your temporary workforce will be up to date on the latest technology relevant to your operation, which simplifies the onboarding process.
During this process, our on-site Project Manager works closely with your managers to meet expectations and ensure employees receive clear work direction and proper supervision from our team.
Our workers know that commitment to project completion is important. We give priority to candidates we have worked with before to ensure we trust their commitment. As your project starts wrapping up, we start to roll out our disbandment procedure to avoid idle time and unnecessary spending.

Featured Project
Strom deployed 85 workers to staff a truck and tractor body manufacturer during a busy 15-week period. These workers stepped in and maintained production to ensure the project was completed on schedule and under budget.
What Our Clients Are Saying
“By the end of the quarter, our Strom temporary workforce was operating nearly every unit at Middletown Works at or above the levels prior to the onset of the labor dispute. In fact, the plant’s hot-dip galvanizing line set a production record on June 23rd that is unmatched in the 49-year history of that line.”
