Three Steps To Finding A Job

First, visit the Services page. If you see your field of expertise on the list, and you're looking for a job in the Minneapolis area, proceed to Step 2. If you don't live in Minneapolis or specialize in any of the listed fields, don't worry. Strom Engineering employs thousands of people in a wide range of industries and positions across the US on contract and temporary bases. Visit the Solutions page to view a list of the industries Strom currently serves. Then, go to our Contact page and use Strom's General Information Form, or give us a call to learn about current openings.

If you've determined the CE Team can help find a job in your industry, you should call or email a Strom representative in the Contract Engineering Department to let them know you are currently looking for work. You can find contact information for the CE Department on the Contact Page. Your Strom representative will then ask that you fax or email your resume so we can begin the job placement process and registration. An interview may also be scheduled. Once entered in our database, the Contract Engineering team will attempt to find a match for you based on your qualifications and requirements.

Finally, be sure to check the Job Postings section frequently, as jobs are added as soon as a request is placed. If you see a job that interests you, and the Contract Engineering team hasn't contacted you, be sure to let your Strom representative know that you are interested, by phone or email. You can view jobs by category or, you can click All Jobs to view the entire database. If you stay active in the job search process yourself, the more quickly Strom will be able to place you.
